Hope you find it easy to cook.
Tips before cooking:
- Use good quality extra virgin olive oil
- For falafel the soaked chickpeas must be drained completely to avoid too wet mixture
- Incase the mixture is too wet you can add some flour but that may compromise the taste and texture
- Refrigerate the falafel balls for atleast 10 minutes before frying so that the hold their shape while frying
- Hummus should be covered with a layer of extra virgin olive oil to prevent it from drying, especially if you want to store it in fridge for a longer time
Happy cooking!
