Wholewheat Eggless Almond Cookies
Today I have made eggless version of wholewheat almond cookies. This recipe is inspired from "Bake with Shivesh" Healthy Chocochip Cookies recipe (https://bakewithshivesh.com/healthy-chocolate-chip-cookies/)

Tips before cooking:
- Always preheat the oven for atleast 15-20 mins before baking
- Use brown sugar/cornflour/egg to make cookies extra chewy
- Always use softened butter
- Refrigerate the dough to let it set before rolling out the cookies
- Substitute refined sugar with brown sugar for healthier version
- Baking soda makes cookies soft and fluffy
- Cookies will be done when they are soft in the centre and golden brown on the edges
