Easiest Baked Cheesecake
Cheesecake is a sweet dessert made from fresh creamcheese. It can be served as is or flovoured with different ingredients and toppings.
A classic newyork style baked cheesecake has a biscuit base and a rich cheese filling with eggs. It is denser and creamier than other cheesecakes.
Today I have a homemade version of baked cheesecake. It is not a typical baked new york style cheesecake as I have change the ratio of creamcheese to cream. I prefer it this way and it tastes good as well. The ingredients are simple and the recipe one of the easiest to make.

Tips before baking
- The biscuit base should be uniform
- Let the base cool down before pouring the filling
- Use springform pan as the cake will be easier to remove
- Add cornflour to prevent any cracks on the top of the cake
- Use fresh creamcheese
- Give the required time for cooling and setting
- Cover the pan properly with foil to prevent any leakages in the waterbath
