Today we are making crispy baked potato wedges.
Potato wedges are an easy & delicious snack to make.

Tips before cooking
- Soaking the potatoes in hot water helps remove starch and makes wedges more crispier
- Make sure to completely dry the soaked wedges.
- Flip over the wedges midway to have an even cook on the potatoes
- Allow it it cool down a bit before removing from the oven
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
▪︎ 4/5 medium sized potatoes
▪︎2 tablespoon Olive oil
▪︎Garlic, oregano, salt, chilli flakes, dry mint flakes (as per liking)
METHOD
▪︎Take 4-5 medium sized potatoes and cut them into long wedges
▪︎ Soak in hot water for about 10-15 minutes & then dry the wedges completely
▪︎ In a large bowl add the potatoes, 1-2 tablespoon olive oil, chopped garlic, oregano, salt & chilli flakes
(Measurements for seasoning are as per one's liking)
▪︎ Spread on a lined baking tray & bake @ 180°C for 50-60 mins till they turn golden
▪︎ Make sure to turn over the wedges midway for an even cook
▪︎ Let the wedges cool down a bit & then sprinkle dried mint flakes
▪︎ Serve with ketchup or dip of your choice
